Incorporated in 1833, Bombay is a small town located just south of the Canadian border in Franklin County, New York. Bombay is neighbored by Fort Covington, Westville, Brushton, and Moira. The town of Bombay contains the village of Hogansburg and the hamlet of South Bombay, and borders the St. Regis Reservation. Nearby Malone, Massena, and Potsdam provide a variety of shopping and dining locations, and the Massena border crossing provides easy access to Cornwall, Ontario.
